Situated atop Canfali hill in the old town, it offered amazing views of the beautiful Church of St Jaime and the sea. The recently refurbished rooms were pristine, light, and airy. I especially enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace and jacuzzi with a tranquil escape from the bustling Benidorm. The restaurant/bar area overlooking the sea was good, offering well-presented and flavorsome meals, complemented by a great wine selection. The hotel's cleanliness and overall presentation were excellent.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the center of the Old Town and close to all the amenities and attractions that Benidorm has to offer. The rooms were well-appointed and even had coffee machines for added convenience. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The service from the friendly staff was great, especially after speaking with the manager. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the view from the balcony was stunning. the hotel had a rooftop jacuzzi and a bar with a breathtaking view of the surrounding area.
The noise from the square with the church behind the hotel can be quite disruptive at night, but closing the windows and using the air conditioning helped mitigate it.

The breakfast options were amazing, with a wide range of choices and the best omelettes I've ever tasted. The staff were attentive and created a chilled and relaxed atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to the tapas district and within walking distance of the beach and other attractions. The room was luxurious, clean, and had a fine view. Absolutely loved it!

We loved the location on the square outside the church, with a fantastic view of the ocean. The outdoor terrace was excellent for breakfast and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

This hotel has a perfect location overlooking the sea. The staff here are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and well-decorated, with nice amenities like a coffee pod machine and a fridge. The shower in the bathroom is one of the best I've experienced in a hotel. The breakfast spread is amazing, with a fantastic selection of fruits, pastries, and omelettes cooked right in front of you. I had a great stay and would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting.
